TIN Mill Black Plate(TMBP)

Tin Mill Black Plate (TMBP) is an uncoated, high-purity, low-carbon cold rolled steel sheet engineered with tight thickness tolerances, high cleanliness, and uniform mechanical properties. Produced via tandem cold rolling, alkaline cleaning, and batch or continuous annealing, it serves as the base metal substrate for tinning, chromium plating, and specialized lacquering lines. Supplied in SR and DR qualities conforming to ASTM A623 and IS 1997 specifications, with carbon levels strictly controlled (C ≤ 0.08%), thicknesses ranging from 0.13 mm to 0.45 mm, widths up to 1,050 mm, and oiled 7X stone or rough matte surface finishes.
