Cold Rolled Coil(CRC)

✓ In stock across regional warehouses

Cold Rolled Coil (CRC) is manufactured by descaling hot rolled coils in acid pickling baths and reducing thickness at ambient room temperature in cold reduction tandem mills, followed by batch or continuous annealing and skin-pass temper rolling. This process yields tight dimensional tolerances, enhanced surface smoothness, high formability, and superior yield-to-tensile ratios. Available in commercial, drawing, and structural grades including IS 513 (CR1, CR2, CR3/DD, CR4/EDD, CR5/IF), SPCC, and DC01–DC04, with thicknesses from 0.20 mm to 3.2 mm, widths up to 1,600 mm, and matte or bright surface finishes. Leading producers include Tata Steel, JSW Steel, AM/NS India, and POSCO.
